Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Royal Rayz sunglasses. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Faulty items

If your sunglasses arrive faulty or damaged, we cover the cost of return shipping and will replace or refund the item at no charge to you. Please contact us with photos of the fault so we can sort it out quickly.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, style, or simply changed your mind), the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange.
